with a list of equipment in an attachment form (Microsoft Word or Excel preferred) and we will get back with an offer within 2 business days.
We will make you a fair and reasonable offer for your excess equipment.
We will come out to your location, palletize, shrink-wrap, transport the
surplus equipment to our warehouse, and do a complete audit.
If components need to be destroyed, please let us know in the email.
We will drill hard drives and provide you with a certification letter documenting
that the hard drives have been destroyed.

- Send us a rough list of the equipment you have available. For Example: Personal Computers, Printers, Copiers, Monitors, Televisions, Electronics, Cell Phones, Terminals, Scanners, Laptops, Switches, Motherboards.
- We will promptly get back to you with a Quote and send payment upon receipt of the equipment.
- GCI will purchase used equipment and pay Top Market Value.
- If no value, we will provide a fully Audited Inventory of your equipment and Certification that it has been properly disposed, arrange for pick up and pay the freight for shipping to our warehouse.
- If you are concerned about sensitive data on any of your hard drives or storage, be assured GCI will properly erase all data with a Triple Pass Erasure System.
- We will sign any legal Confidentiality Agreement you may require.
